Fifteen minutes of sunlight a day is actually enough to obtain the necessary vitamins that are derived from sunlight. Otherwise, try to use small amounts of sunscreen to reduce the effect of the UV rays. Noon time is when the sun is most dangerous. Try not to avoid sunlight, but be aware that it can have negative effects over time.

A healthy diet will show on the outside as well as on the inside. There are many fruits and vegetables that strengthen the skin cells. Fruits with Vitamin C improve the health of skin, as well as whole grains and protein. It is always wise to maintain a healthy diet. Avoid fatty foods and foods with many carbohydrates.
